Who can use Marigold Minds

Marigold Minds is for parents, guardians and teachers. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Children can use the lessons and games with an adult, but they shouldn’t create accounts or enter information themselves.

What we offer, and what we don’t

We offer a learning-style assessment, learning plans, lessons, games and printables for use at home or in class. The assessment is a starting point, not a diagnosis. It isn’t a medical, psychological or educational evaluation, and it doesn’t replace advice from a teacher, doctor or specialist.

Plans written by AI

Some plans and activities are written by an AI model from what you tell us. They can contain mistakes or ideas that don’t suit your child. Please read them first, adjust them, and use your own judgement, especially for anything involving materials, food or physical activity. An adult should supervise children during activities.

Your account

Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Please give accurate information and only add children you are the parent, guardian or teacher of.

Paid plans

The assessment is free. Other parts of Marigold Minds will be offered on a monthly plan. Before you pay, we’ll show you the price, what’s included, how billing works and how to cancel. Those terms will apply alongside these.

Things you agree not to do

Content and ownership

Marigold Minds, our name, logo, lessons, games and designs belong to us. You may print and use our materials for your own family or classroom, but not sell or republish them. Anything you add, like a photo of homework or notes about your child, stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service to you.

Closing an account

You can stop using Marigold Minds at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and limits

We work hard to keep Marigold Minds accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”, without promises that it will always be error-free or meet every need. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or unexpected losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven’t paid anything.

Changes

We may update these terms as Marigold Minds grows. If a change is significant, we’ll let account holders know by email or on the site before it takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Contact us at hello@marigoldminds.com first so we can try to sort out any problem together.
